FROM WORKSTRESS TO HAPPINESS

During this training course, we will address the themes ‘stress at work’ and ‘happiness at work’. What is the connection between these two themes? How is your balance? What makes you feel stressed, tense, or relaxed? What about your happiness at work? What is the difference between objective and subjective stress at work?  What could you do to improve your happiness at work? 

All of these questions will be covered.

Assignment 1

  1. During the forthcoming period, keep a diary in which you make a note of the following: 

    1. What drains my energy?
    2. What gives me energy?
    3. At the end of the day, I rate my energy level at (1-10).

Assignment 2

Make a note of: 

Which three things have to change to improve pressure at work? 

Which five things must change to improve your happiness at work? 

Assignment 3 ! for 2nd day !
